Aiyaya, I gained weights again. This topic has been a frequent topic in my blog if you're my frequent reader. Blame on the midnight snacks! Probably "meal" will be more suitable in this case.
My house mates know me very well. When I head to kitchen after midnight, they will immediately know "Ah, already 1am is it? Ah Bing is at kitchen searching for food."
Chuan always sarcastically say "Wooo, you have sexy body, baby."
Must get rid that habit. Need to tone down. My whole body starting to feel very sluggish and clumsy. The point is - I am not in my optimal state. I need to change my lifestyle. (Beer is a must, that's the highest priority in men!) But, where's the motivation?
Don't care lah. I don't like the way I look in front of mirror right now. Like babi. Must get back my fitness level like last year. Like this
I will start up my fat-burn routine by doing basic moves. Mainly will rev up my burning engine, secondly it will last longer because those are only simple moves. No dumbbell involved! See how long I can tahan.
Y Squat - Do 12 repetitions. 3 sets
Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift - Do 6 repetitions, 3 sets
Wall Slide - 10 repetitions, 3 sets
Spider-Man Pushup - 8 repetitions per side, 3 sets
Spider-Man Lunge - 10 repetitions each side, 3 sets
Currently only can complete 1 circuit (means do everything in one go, for 1 set each) Will work harder on it!! Summer is coming in few months. Must.. work.. harder...
