I have a part time job

I started working in a small restaurant recently (kopitiam to be exact)... this is my first part time job, baby! I take up a job as a kitchen hand. I did not want any wages cause... that makes me feel stress. LoL. I chose to lend them a helping hand during the peak period only, which is lunch time... and I have the choice to go - or not to go. Wohoooo! My family will die of starvation if I have these working attitude in future XD But nonetheless, I'll enjoy my first job. Keep the laborious work for years later.

I tell you, I felt so eager to be the main chef on the first day. Thinking about holding the wok and cook for my customers, then they walk into kitchen to hug me cause my food melt their heart. But after 2 hours working (basically cutting and frying).. I feel bored already -_-"

This is the first dish I cook... a damn tasty fried chicken. So tasty until I cannot describe. You definitely have to try it. Why? because it is so sugoinehh ichiban suzuki honda doraemonly delicious!! (diu, of course it is fried by a professional sifu la... that's me)

Besides all the frying (and more frying), I cut basically all the veges.. all these stuffs too simple la. Main chef thought I am first time in kitchen, she still ask whether I know how to fry an egg or not!! Siao arr.. so funny one the question. I don't blame her laa.. cause I drive my benz and park in front of their shop..got abit of show off show off laa (didnt mean it though). They thought I am some sort of young master of the house (or a spoilt brat) that never enter kitchen more than 10 times of his lifetime.. of course not lah! I have an whole album of my own cookings tuhh. I love to cook!

Wrote so much... I still haven't tell you guys why I work there right? Hehehe, actually that chef is a far relative of mine bah. Then I told her that I want to learn to cook a few more dishes, get to learn some restaurant level cooking instead of referring recipe books. So, she say as long as I can give a helping hand in kitchen, she will teach me. :)

What have I learnt ? Hohoho.. I know how to cook watan ho already!!

p/s: sorry Sherzali, I cannot cook hokkien mee for you as I promised you earlier.. cause that kopitiam serve no pork. Haih, next time I change sifu and learn again, ok? But I know how to cook singaporean mihun, mee goreng, mee goreng basah and watan ho. =D wait me go back Brisbane open kopitiam ok!
